- Argument Presentation
- Telephone interviews with the Social Security Administration (SSA)
- Assistance with applications, questionnaires, and appeals
- Carefully monitoring the status of your case with the SSA
- And more…
No matter where you live EAG will appear and represent you before an Administrative Law Judge should a hearing be necessary. We will fully prepare you in advance to provide effective hearing testimony and respond to all SSA questioning on your hearing day.
EAG clients have come to trust our sterling representation as skilled Social Security advocates that get results. A majority of the awards that we have achieved for our clients did not require a live hearing.
We believe in early, aggressive, and effective advocacy on your behalf and our attorneys receive a fee only when your case is won. We deliver reliable, dynamic representation and will keep you informed and involved from first filing to final appeal.
